The range of products displayed on this website is available while stocks last and may be removed or amended at any time and without any prior notice. The specifications, pricing and descriptions of products may also be changed at any point without notice being given. All products are subject to Trade Descriptions legislation and are sold as described.

Motto and Crest aims to display colours and fabrics as accurately as possible, however as resolution, print methods and screen settings differ and can affect how an item is displayed, the accuracy of colours is therefore not guaranteed. If you would like to request a fabric swatch in advance of making an order, please use the contact form to get in touch with Motto and Crest as this is often possible.

All payment is processed in GB Pounds Sterling (£). Payment from all international currencies will be determined by your payment provider and calculated in to your local currency on your card statement.

Motto and Crest reserves the right to refuse to supply products to any individual, country or company.

In line with UK sales law, you have 7 days from receiving your package to cancel and return your order. Motto and Crests aims to give total satisfaction but if your item is faulty and you would like an exchange or refund, this must be conducted within 14 days of delivery. After this Motto and Crest reserves the right to refuse to accept a refund or exchange and/or to charge a restocking fee. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For all returns, please email chris@mottoandcrest.com or use the contact form on this site. In your message, please give the reason for your return to request a returns form. You must then include this form with your item and then send it to: Returns, Motto and Crest, Home Farm, Off Gypsy Lane, Warkworth, Banbury OX17 2JH, UK. Please mark the outside of the packet with the word 'RETURN' and use a postage service that requires a signature as the returned item remains your responsibility until it is delivered.
