All Motto and Crest ties are made by a skilled team in Northampton, England; the heart of traditional English menswear manufacturing.

What are your ties made from?

Motto and Crest works with high quality fabrics including wool, silk, leather and cotton to produce distinctive ties that combine heritage with edge. All fabrics are pure woven unless specifically mentioned and are generally sourced from traditional clothing and suiting fabric manufacturers.

How often are new products added to the website?

Motto and Crest produces seasonal ranges and regularly offers limited editions. Please submit your details on the Subscribe page if you would like to receive updates on new stock.

Are you going to have a particular design again?

If you have seen a design you like and it is no longer showing online, there is a possibility that it may be available again in limited quantities. Please email info@mottoandcrest.com with details of the product you like to check availability.

Before you start shopping, we recommend that you read our Terms and Conditions. Once you are ready to make a purchase, simply select the items you would like from the online store and either add to your cart or proceed to buy now. You confirm your order in your cart and then proceed to our one-step payment processing page. Once you have submitted these details you will receive a confirmation e-mail about the status of your payment and order.

How do I know is a product is in stock?

All items shown on the website are in stock and available to buy. Please note that putting an item in the shopping cart does not automatically reserve it for you, and that it may be purchased by another customer until you complete your sale.

To protect natural resources, packaging is kept to a minimum. All orders are of course wrapped for protection to reach you in perfect condition.

If the recipient's address is part of the European Union, there will be no added costs. For non-EU, however, you may need to check the tariffs that may apply.

When will my order be sent?

Once your order has been approved, your order will be dispatched. Orders received on a working day before 3pm (GMT) will be sent that day, orders after 3pm will be sent the next working day.

Can you ship to multiple addresses in a single order?

We only ship one order to one single address at this time. During the shopping process you will be asked to choose a shipping address for your delivery. If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request an address replacement by contacting us. This is not guaranteed but every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination for your package. Within the UK, you can choose between guaranteed next day delivery and standard first class. All international deliveries are sent first class.

My order is incomplete, when will my remaining items be delivered?
